Subject	Anyone dumped their SZ 3" exhaust?

Message	Lately I have been getting rather annoyed with my exhaust tips and am considering just dumping the exhaust after teh X pipe and maybe adding some turndowns or some custom tips so I dont drench teh undercarriage in soot. But one of the main things stopping me is what the car will sound like with no mufflers. It already has no cats and no resonators but the tone is nice and deep; the mufflers do add a nice sound but it is not something that I must have. I am fixing to buy a new turbo truck so the Z can be parked again and enjoyed in all of its "off-road only" glory. I know the conventinal wisdom will say "dont do it" and "why" but I am asking for actual experience. A similar mod list is a plus for responses. GT675 .64 AR, MSP manis, 3" turbo back.
